The Sky Is Falling is a Rugrats episode. It first premiered on May 8, 1995.

Angelica tells the babies at one time, the sky had fallen and the next time it happens the world is going to end. However, when both Stu and Chazz started to hit tennis balls against the garage, one of the balls fell in the backyard, making the kids think the sky is actually going to fall. So, they prepare for it.
