The Sentinel (North Idaho College)

The Sentinel is the name of North Idaho College's student newspaper. It is produced by the students of the Journalism 100 class. It began publication in 1957.
The Sentinel is published on an approximate monthly basis and is distributed throughout NIC's buildings and at various venues throughout the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area. Subscriptions are available; the paper is free and is funded by advertisements, NIC's Publications Club, and NIC. It usually runs between 18 and 20 pages per issue. The paper is advised by Nils Rosdahl, and the current managing editor is Alison Atwell.
