The Second Annual Report is a landmark release by industrial music pioneers Throbbing Gristle. The album is a combination of live and studio songs. The album was originally released on 12" vinyl in 1977 and pressed to CD, with additional tracks, in 1999.

1. 1977 / INDUSTRIAL RECORDS (IR 002) - INITIAL RELEASE

  • - Limited to 785 copies

2. 1978 / FETISH RECORDS (FR 2001)

  • - First press - Limited to 2000 copies, taken from the original Industrial Records plates, which were then destroyed.
  • - Second press - plates recut, music identical to the original. Quantity released unknown.
  • - Third press - music played backwards and chamber music added to After Cease To Exist, limited to 2000 copies.
    • A further 5000 of this version released in the Five Albums boxed set.

3. 1980 / CELLULOID RECORDS (LTM 1022)

  • - Not sanctioned re-release of the original LP on Industrial Records. Released without permission of Throbbing Gristle.

4. 1983 / MUTE RECORDS (MIR 001)

  • - Re-release of the 1977 original. Later reprints had a info card with this text: 'MUTE RECORDS APOLOGISE... THE LABEL ON THIS RECORD SHOULD BE WHITE WITH LOGO: [SMALL B/W INDUSTRIAL RECORDS LOGO]' Different track listing than the one on the record's label. Mastered from the same masters used for the Fetish Records
  • T.G. 5 LP box which was all backwards with chamber music mixed in on side two. This version, however is the Fetish version reversed (the chamber music is backwards on side two).
