The Salts is a multi-use sports venue in Rye, East Sussex. The Salts is home to Rye United who play in the Sussex County League Division One. The venue also plays host to cricket and is home to Rye Cricket Club, who play in the East Sussex Cricket League. The Salts is located next the River Rother, which runs all through Sussex and joins the English Channel at Rye Bay.
