[edit] Plot

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Jerry is robbed after Kramer leaves the former's door unlocked. Kramer vows to find Jerry's stuff. As a real estate broker, George finds a potential new apartment for Jerry, but then covets it for himself. The group argues about who is to receive the apartment, (with Elaine getting either George or Jerry's apartment, depending on who moves) until finally, disgusted with each other, they give the apartment to someone else. After seeing how much the new owners enjoy the place, the decision is regretted.

[edit] Trivia

  • In this episode, Michael Richards (as Kramer) invented his unique way of entering Jerry's apartment. He missed his cue and thought he would make up for lost time by running and sliding on the floor.
