The Resident Patient is a 2006 hip-hop mixtape by Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck, a prelude to his upcoming album Unsung Hero[1]. On the track "A Lil' Story" he gives the impression that it was produced by RZA, but later stated it was produced by Cilvaringz[2].
