The Residences at the Westin is a high-rise residential project in downtown Providence, Rhode Island designed by TRO Jung Brannen . It will be situated adjacent to The Westin Providence's existing 25 floor hotel with similar fenestration and styling, though the new building will be slightly taller (16 m higher)[1]. The lower floors will be an extension of the Westin hotel. Floors 16-31 will be consist of high-end condominiums. The Residences at the Westin is one of three high-rise residential projects underway in Providence aimed at the luxury condominium market. The other two are 110 Westminster Street and Waterplace condominiums.
As of February 15, 2007, the building had topped out at its full height, making it the 3rd tallest structure in the city, though not yet inhabitable.
