Annalee Rogers is a fictional comic book character. She is a freshman psychology major at Freese College, featured in the Top Cow Productions comics Freshmen.

She was born in Russia, and her parents brought her to America when she was three. She learned to speak English watching The Price is Right and other TV shows before and after school. She lives in Connecticut and her father is the owner of a software research firm. Her parents got divorced during her junior year of high school.

When the Ax-Cell-Erator exploded, Annalee became The Puppeteer. She is able to jump into people’s minds for a few minutes at a time—far longer if they’re unconscious—and sift through their memories or even control their bodies. Her own body is a completely defenseless shell while she’s using her powers, though, and any damage she inflicts on her host body also appears on her own. She’s voice of reason on the Freshmen team, and has just begun a journey of discovery that will take her to an understanding of the human condition that no one has ever experienced.

Although the team's first field assignment is successful their second field assignment is not and Seductress is critically injured by Rob the frat guy and his Hulking Frat Guys.

After the fallout of their first major battle with Rob the frat guy and the Hulking Frat Guys, the Freshmen deal with the loss with Seductress who is in a coma. The Puppeteer goes into Seductress's mind in hopes of waking her up, but finds dark memories in her. The final battle with Rob the frat guy and the Hulking Frat Guys is to stop them from spreading a disease to millions, she talked out her teammate Wannabe of releasing the deadly virus and the team goes on Christmas break.
