The Procussions are an alternative hip hop act hailing from Colorado Springs, Colorado and now living in Los Angeles, California. The group consists of three members: Mr. J Medeiros, Rez, and Stro. Originally there was a fourth member, Qq (pronounced Q), but he has been inactive since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2000.

The Procussions have released three albums: As Iron Sharpens Iron (2003), Up All Night (an all night session from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am engineered by Jason Skills of The Sound Providers) and most recently 5 Sparrows for 2 Cents on Rawkus Records in 2006 (the first release on the re-launched Rawkus imprint).

The group was the opening act for A Tribe Called Quest during their official reunion tour.
