The Plotters is an original novel written by Gareth Roberts and based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. It features the First Doctor, Ian, Barbara and Vicki.
Like all Doctor Who spin-off media, its canonicity in relation to the television series is unclear.

In London of 1605, the First Doctor becomes embroiled in the Guy Fawkes conspiracy whilst Vicki finds herself dressed as a boy in the Court of King James I.
