The Pit Bulls were a short-lived heel tag team on World Wrestling Entertainment's SmackDown! brand that consisted of Jamie Noble and Kid Kash.

The pair first joined together as a team during the January 28, 2006 episode of Velocity facing off against Paul London and Brian Kendrick. Noble and Kash continued to team frequently after this, taking on various babyface members of SmackDown!'s cruiserweight division in tag matches.

During May 2006, Noble and Kash debuted a gimmick, where they would wear dog collars and chains to the ring as well as bark, bite, and perform other dog-like antics during matches. The pair were soon given the Pit Bulls name and an adapted version of Kid Kash's previous entrance theme which included dog barking sounds. The gimmick (and name) is very similar to the gimmick of (and possibly even based on) Extreme Championship Wrestling's Pitbulls.

On several occasions, the team would unsuccessfully go after SmackDown!'s WWE Tag Team Championships, then held by London and Kendrick. The team was put on hiatus after Kash had a run-in with management concerning his attitude. Upon their return, they began to wrestle a stiffer style in keeping with their "Pitbull" persona.

The team was disbanded after Kid Kash's release from the company on September 27, 2006, and Noble returned to the cruiserweight division.

[edit] Team moves

During their time together, Kash and Noble bagan using these double team moves to finish off opponents during matches:

Kash and Noble began using this move before they had even gained their Pitbull gimmick. However, the move would become sparodically used after its use during an episode of WWE Velocity caused Funaki to suffer 2nd Grade concussion, where he was unconscious for just under two minutes.
  • Simultaneous spear (Noble) and lariat (Kash) combination
After the incident with the previous finisher, Kash and Noble developed this high and low type move which they would use more frequently during their time as The Pit Bulls.

The group would be known to use the Brainbuster move in matches, as it was the singles finisher of Kid Kash and would be often be performed with an assist from Noble. The team would also perform a double team version.
