Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Beavis and Butt-head walk into a construction site, where a swimming pool is being built. Butt-head finds a pipe, climbs in, and becomes stuck. After several attempts at getting unstuck, a police officer spots him, gets help, and calls the media in hopes of getting on TV and being seen as a hero.

In the next scene a reporter is giving the story as several different types of rescue crews free Butt-head from the pipe. After Butt-head is freed, interviewers from many different stations attempt to interview him while he is being carried away to an ambulance. As the rescue workers and the press leave, Beavis becomes curious and finds a ladder left behind by one of the workers; he then uses it to crawl into the same pipe and becomes stuck himself.
