"The People's Revolutionary Strike Force" are a fictional group terrorists in the film, The Enforcer.

The terrorists in the film, are portrayed as disgruntled Vietnam veterans, who demand a ransom, otherwise they plan to go on rampage that will break San Francisco. The terrorists in the film are identified: Wanda (Samantha Doane), Lalo (Michael Cavanaugh), Karl (Dick Durock), Tex (Ronald Manning), Henry Lee (Tim Burrus), Miki (Jocelyn Jones), and their leader Bobby Maxwell (DeVeren Bookwalter).
