[edit] Early career
Gomez and Athlete were signed to 10-Year deals by NWF in the year 2006. They used a gimmick in which they spoke often of parties they held, or crashed, and how they hated authority. This hatred of authority eventually led to a lengthy feud with the team Questionable Authority (Lt. Bookman and Chief Roberts). Eventually culminating in the controversial "Winner Takes All Match" Where commissioner Mr. Noel was accidentally killed by Bookman.
[edit] NWF Tag Team Champions
Gomez and Athlete turned heel, by attacking World Champion J-Brownstein. They then went on to defeat the baby face team The Island Boyz (Tiki and Koko) to win the Tag Team championship. They were opposed by NWF super stars Timebomb and Danny C, who expressed great interest in winning the tag team championship. They defeated the team of Timebomb and DC by using a shovel, and accidentally breaking Timebomb's ankle in the process. They would keep the titles for 3 month before losing them to the American Heroes.
[edit] Singles Competition
Though still an on-air faction, the Party Crashers split up in order to pursue single careers, Gomez enjoyed success with a high profile feud against World Champion J-Brownstein, while Athlete continued his feud against Lt. Bookman, in which he captured 3-Junkyard Championships.
[edit] Controversy
Jimmy Gomez and the American Athlete were arrested on July 12th 2006 for driving under the influence of speed, alcohol, marijuana, and several other non-prescription drugs, they were given a small suspension from the NWF, and are still serving time in a Rhode Island prison, when they return to the ring, they are likely to feud with The Inmates, (punning the name).
