[edit] Plot
Rachel gets promoted at work, and is given the opportunity to hire an assistant. She is torn between two people - an extremely competent woman called Hilda and and a young guy called Tag, with very little experience but very good looks. She asks Phoebe's advice, and Phoebe points out that she already knows what she has to do - hire the better one. Rachel reluctantly does so, but when Tag turns up at her office with a pot plant for her, she tells him he got the job, unable to turn him down.
Not wanting anybody to ask Tag out from the office, Rachel tells people he's gay. When Tag confronts her about this, she apologizes, saying she didn't realize he didn't want anyone to know. He protests that he's not gay, and especially wouldn't want her to think so - because he wants to ask her friend Phoebe out. Rachel tells him Phoebe's gay.
Joey gets asked to play his former character Dr Drake Ramoray's twin brother Stryker on Days of Our Lives, meaning he would be on two t.v. shows. When he turns up on set, however, he is told he has to audition for the part, which he refuses to do. However, he is forced to grovel when 'Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E.' gets cancelled, and he is allowed to reprise his former role as Drake.
Chandler gets into trouble with Ross when he tells Monica about an unfortunate experience that Ross had regarding tacos. The situation escalates into a full blown contest, seeing who can reveal the most embarrassing secret about the others - such as Chandler accidentally making out with a guy and Monica not being able to tell the time until the age of thirteen.
