"The One Where Rachel Has a Baby, Part Two" is the twenty-fourth episode of the eighth season of Friends.

Chandler and Monica start trying to make a baby, but are distracted by the other occupant of Rachel's semi-private room - Chandler's ex-girlfriend Janice. Janice tricks Chandler into believing the baby is his for a split-second.
Rachel has been in labor for 21 hours - and watched five other women come and go in her room with their babies. Finally, Doctor Long tells her she's dilated ten centimetres.
The baby is breech, so Rachel suffers a more difficult birth than normal. After the birth, Rachel says that the baby's surname should be Geller Green, and she and Ross share a kiss.
Cliff and Phoebe are getting on well, until he makes the discovery that Joey isn't a real doctor, and Phoebe has tricked him.
Monica reveals the chosen name for her baby girl is Emma, but Rachel decides she wants the name for her baby, after having discarded 'Isabella' and 'Delilah'.
Janice visits with her baby Aaron, declaring that Aaron wants to say hello to his future bride. Rachel is shocked by how ugly the baby is. Janice tells Rachel she admires her for raising the baby alone, pointing out that Ross probably won't stay with her for ever, once he starts his 'real' family. Rachel wonders if she and Ross are going to get back together, after all the kisses they've been sharing lately, but Ross explains that they can't let the kisses happen again, assuming neither of them want to go down that road again.
Phoebe asks Ross again why they aren't together, telling him that she can see they are in "that place". He replies it's complicated, and she answers "Well, that's true. You love her, you always have, you have a child together... There's no right answer". He tells her he's reluctant to enter into anything, for fear of losing Emma if it didn't work out. Phoebe points out that it might work out, and he could get "everything [he's] wanted since [he was] fifteen".
Joey goes in to see Rachel. He fetches her tissues, and the ring Ross's mother gave him drops out of Ross's jacket pocket. Ring in hand, Joey turns to Rachel on one knee - Rachel misinterprets his actions and agrees to marry him. Meanwhile, Ross is on his way to ask Rachel if she wants to start again.

Ross: Not just Janice. Janice in labour. Contracting and everything.
Chandler: Who's the unwitting human whose essence you've stolen?
Janice: It's you. This is yours... (Chandler looks very surprised and nervous, and Janice laughs) Look how nervous he gets! We haven't slept together in years!
Chandler: That's funny. Does it hurt? Does the labour hurt?
Ross: (Rachel has just accidentally headbutted him, in the middle of labour) You have no idea how much this hurts. (The doctor and Rachel look at Ross, and he realizes what he just said) Oh, keep pushing!
Janice: What happens when he gets married?
Rachel: Well, then... He gets a divorce. It's Ross!
