[edit] Plot
Phoebe is in the hospital, about to deliver her brother's triplets, whom she is carrying as a surrogate mom. Phoebe is not satisfied with her choices of doctors, so she reluctantly decides on the Fonzie-obsessed one over the kid fresh from medical school (whom she disdainfully calls "Doogie.")
Rachel manages to get herself and Monica dates with two nurses (both male, to Joey's disappointment). Monica is not incredibly interested because of her secret ongoing affair with Chandler, but changes her mind when a jealous Chandler suggests they were just "goofin' around."
Returning from the gift shop, Joey doubles over in pain. A doctor tells him that he has kidney stones. Ross tries to coach him through the pain as Joey goes through his own contractions.
Phoebe reveals to Rachel that she wants to keep one of the babies and asks Rachel to ask Frank Jr. if she (Phoebe) can keep one. Rachel is too embarrassed to ask Frank Jr, especially as he is so excited about having three babies. Phoebe then gives birth to son Frank Jr. Jr., daughter Leslie and daughter Chandler ("Chandler's a girl!" Chandler: "Oh, God, kindergarten flashback.") Phoebe is sad that she can't take one of the babies home (Rachel eventually does ask), but accepts being their favorite aunt.
Chandler tries to apologize to Monica, saying that his dictionary defined "goofin' around" as "two friends who care a lot about each other and have amazing sex and just wanna spend more time together." She forgives him and decides to break her date with the nurse.

[edit] Trivia
- On the Season 4 DVD box set, it mentions this episode as being in that season. However, the episode was part of season 5, not season 4.
- Sam Anderson, who plays the doctor delivering the triplets, took a recurring role in Angel shortly after, as a lawyer who is the Vice President of Special Projects at Wolfram and Hart. The President of Special Projects is later played by John Rubinstein, who delivered Monica and Chandler's twins in The Last One. T.J. Thyne, who played the young doctor, appears as a lawyer for Wolfram and Hart in the season Five opener.
