The Next Time

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"The Next Time" was the first of three number one hit singles from the Cliff Richard musical Summer Holiday. It was a double 'A' side with the somewhat prophetic Bachelor Boy, and was followed up at number one with the film's title track Summer Holiday, to be followed by The Shadows and their Foot Tapper well known nowadays as the theme tune for the BBC Radio 2 programme Sounds of the Sixties.

The film was the most successful box-office attraction of the year.
