The Needle & Omelet's Done is the seventh episode of season five of the television situation comedy Will & Grace. The title of the episode is a play on the name of a Neil Young song, "The Needle and the Damage Done."

In his acting class, Jack showcases his talent only to be knocked down by his coach Zandra. Defiant, he tells her that he could take the class and she lets him - allowing Jack to introduce the "McFarland" method to the group of students. Grace and Leo go to dinner with two old friends of his, only for her to be angry when she realizes they are his parents, and he didn't tell her. And Karen invites Will along for a Botox injection.
