The Myth of Leadership is a business book written by former Brigham Young University lecturer Jeffrey Nielsen, who was released from his teaching position when he publicly denounced The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' position on same-sex marriage. As part of their contractual agreement, lecturers at BYU promise not to censure the Church's tenets.
