The Musical Times, often abbreviated to MT, is a European classical music journal edited and produced in the UK. It is currently the oldest such journal to be still publishing in the UK, having been continuously in publication since 1844. It originally appeared monthly but is now a quarterly publication. Past editors include Stanley Sadie (1967 – 1987) and Eric Wen.
