The Most Deadly Game was an American television series that ran for a 12 episodes between 1970 and 1971 on ABC.

The series was produced by Aaron Spelling Productions, with Aaron Spelling being the executive producer. It starred Yvette Mimieux (who replaced Inger Stevens after she committed suicide), Ralph Bellamy and George Maharis
