The Mobile Solution (TMS) is an indirect wireless phone retailer. The first location was launched in a mall in San Diego, California in 1998. As of January 2007, TMS has over 460 stores in 30 states across the United States, making it the nation's largest mall-based wireless retailer.

The Mobile Solution's business model is based on sales representative performance. With the guidance and leadership of those in higher positions, the sales representatives are given advancement opportunities that are unparalleled in the industry.

Founded by John McEvoy, TMS currently offers SunCom, Cellular One, and T-Mobile phones and services.

The "unparalleled" advancement opprtunities are only given if a sale representative works 7 days a week, 9 to 9 and are willing to live and breathe selling phones.
