The Ministry Years, Volume Two (1980-1982) (CD release)

The Ministry Years Volume 2 (1980-1982) is a two-disc 1999 CD release under the Sparrow Records label. It was produced by Bill Maxwell. Included with the CD package is a 19-page booklet insert, starting with a couple of short chapters about his early life and revival and ending with several chapters on his remaining life story based on several selected songs. The booklet is written by David Hazard, entitled The Ministry Years, 1980-1982.
The CD release also carries with it the Enhanced CD (ECD) label (on Disc 1 only). In addition to songs, Disc 1 includes the entire text from Melody Green's book No Compromise in two file formats: Rich Text Format (RTF) and Portable Document Format (PDF).
