The crew visits a planet with binary suns the inhabitants of which were wiped out in a war one hundred years ago.

- It is discovered that Galen's staff is his control centre, and his powers revolve around it.
- It is also the last of its kind.

- The help that Crusade got from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in designing alien worlds accurately is evident in this episode, with the dual-colour and dual-shadow effects that would be witnessed on a genuine planet with two suns.
