The Man from Snowy River soundtrack music was composed by Bruce Rowland.

Bruce Rowland, the composer of the music for both The Man from Snowy River film and its sequel The Man from Snowy River II (American title: Return to Snowy River).

Bruce Rowland also composed a special Olympic Games version of the main title music track for the 2000 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony. The special Olympics theme can be heard here: [1]

Bruce Rowland also composed music for The Man from Snowy River: Arena Spectacular, which included using some of the music he composed for the 1982 film.
