[edit] Ownership

The Mall at Fairfield Commons is owned by the Glichmer Properties, the owners of the Dayton Mall. Recently, Beavercreek welcomed the arrival of another upscale mall known as The Greene. This decision has pushed for the development for a lifestyle center located near the property, however these plans appear to be on hold at the Fairfield Mall. The Mall of Fairfield Commons also spurred similarities such as the Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio.
