The Magician Trilogy is a three book trilogy of fantasy-fiction novels written by Jenny Nimmo, author of the Children of the Red King series.

Three books have been published to date and there are not supposed to be anymore. The books revolve around a boy named Gwyn. His grandmother gives him five odd gifts for his birthday. They are supposed to tell if he is a magician like his ancestors.
