The Luxury Flats are a rock band out of Hudson, NY. The band is composed of Joe V, Damara, Joe Terry, and Mikey. They all live at Spook Rock; an 18 century house east of Hudson where together where they eat, sleep, record and play croquet. The were named Metrolands best band of 2006. And appeared on the cover of Metroland Volume 29 Issue 31 in August 2006
