The Love Album is the eighth studio album by Irish boy band Westlife. It was released on November 20, 2006 and includes the #1 single "The Rose", a cover of "Total Eclipse of the Heart", and a duet with Delta Goodrem. The album The Love Album placed at #1 in the UK Charts during its first week of release, in a competitive week where it beat Oasis' Stop the Clocks compilation album, The Beatles' compilation album Love, and the U2 singles compilation U218 Singles.[1] The Love album is confirmed to have sold 950.000 copies in the UK alone and 100.000 in Ireland.
