The Lord of the Rings Volume 1 is a video game for the Super NES, released in 1994. The first player controls Frodo until a certain part of the game when that shifts over to Aragorn. Up to four players could play depending on what part of the game they were at. Further volumes were never produced.
[edit] Reaction
The game was poorly received in the 1up.com review, citing poor AI and hours of lengthy and boring "fetch quests".[1]
