The Legend of the North Wind is a 1992 animated film from Spain. Made by Episa and Euskal Pictures International, it was written by Gregorio Muro, produced by Inigo Silva, and directed by Carlos Varlea and Maite Ruiz de Austri. [1] The film was followed by a 13-episode TV series, [2] and a 1994 sequel. In North America, an English-dubbed version, narrated by John Ratzenberger, was released directly to video by Plaza Entertainment and Nelvana Limited in 1997.
