[edit] Goofs

  • Ducky's mother said there were no other spike-tails in the Great Valley but other spike-tails are seen in the Great Valley in the past sequels.

[edit] Trivia

  • This was the fifth time Spike has ever spoken; his cry of "Mama!" as he falls into the river and when Tippy's mother asks if he smells something and he says "Mm-hm".
  • This was the first time that the closed captions performer is the WGBH Media Access Group. This group was in the VHS version, but the DVD version used the same SDH captions as the previous sequels; this film was released before the first five sequels were released on DVD.
