The King of Route 66 is an arcade game released by Sega in 2001. The game is a pseudo-sequel to 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker. The game features similar gameplay as its predecessor, but adds some features like a turbo boost feature for trucks. Also added is a CB radio for the player to talk into to activate the turbo boost and talk to friendly truckers at certain points of the stage. A port of the game was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2003.
