The Institute of Cultural Affairs International is committed to enabling the peoples of the world to shape their futures, by placing culture at the center of development. ICAI is a worldwide network of national ICA organizations that implement human development programming within their countries. At the global level, ICAI works to influence development policy; facilitate global partnerships to address human development challenges; coordinate global programs and initiatives; and support the development of member ICAs and the global network.
