[edit] Synopsis
Brandy is cleaning the house when Mr. Whiskers comes in drinking some juice from a papaya fruit, in which he carelessly lets drip all over the ground and so forth. Brandy wants Mr. Whiskers to get that out of the house because it’s messy, but when she slips on the juice that Mr. Whiskers spilled and she knocks into a table holding her Harrington Family Dog Dish, which causes it to break, Brandy considered that the last straw. She kicks Mr. Whiskers out of the house and she tells him to find another home to ruin, in which he does go out to seek a home while Brandy decides to try live on her own, though when she gets scared at night by being alone, she decides to interview applicants as to whom will be her new roommate. Mr. Whiskers hears some howler monkeys making screeches, in which he loves to screech, so he begins to do it as well. The howler monkeys, puzzled by Mr. Whiskers’ actions, ask him about it. He explains that he always loved to screech and he wanted to know if he could join their family, in which they accept his offer just because he does like to screech. However, Mr. Whiskers takes the screeching too seriously, in which he causes them to try to be more professional when they just like to take their screeching in good fun. The howler monkeys then decide to go swinging on vines, but when Mr. Whiskers jumps on his new dad’s back for a piggyback ride, he crushes his dad which causes him to writhe in pain, in which they decide to call it a night. Meanwhile, Brandy interviewed an anteater, in which she decided would be the perfect roommate because she likes things neat, tidy and quiet, so Brandy feels things are improving. However, Mr. Whiskers’ new parents are tremendously annoyed by his actions, in which they decide enough is enough and they move to get rid of him. When he refuses to leave on his own because he loves his new family, they decide to get rid of him themselves. Brandy, on the other hand, realizes that she needs dislikes her new roommate because her new roommate is even more strict than she is, and she doesn't want to do anything fun. After Brandy kicks the anteater out, she goes to speak with Lola, who says that Brandy misses Mr. Whiskers, in which Brandy denies at first, though admits that she does somewhat. However, when Brandy and Lola come across the howler monkeys who have tied Mr. Whiskers on a log to send him down a waterfall, she demands they let her brother go, in which they gladly let Mr. Whiskers go to her. Mr. Whiskers is then ecstatic about the fact that Brandy called him her brother, in which she then blamed on a momentary lap in judgment, Brandy and Mr. Whiskers then return home, which Mr. Whiskers then begins to howl and Brandy tells him to shut up.
