The Heartwork EP is one of the only EPs the British Death metal band Carcass have ever done. It features two tracks from the later released Heartwork album, and another additional track "Rot 'n' Roll" that has also been released on the compilation album Wake Up and Smell the Carcass. The Heartwork EP has been released in Japan with 3 bonus tracks.
