The Hat

The Hat is a popular Southern California fast-food restaurant specializing in pastrami sandwiches. The first restaurant opened in 1951 in Alhambra. It was founded by the Conzonnire family of San Marino, CA. There are eight other locations around Los Angeles and Orange County, in Brea, Glendora, Upland, Pasadena, Temple City, Monterey Park, Rancho Cucamonga, Simi Valley, and Lake Forest.
