The Grinch is a video game based on the film, Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The game was released shortly after the film hit theaters.

[edit] Over View

In The Grinch, the objective is to completely destroy and end the The Whos of Whoville's Christmas forever. The various tasks needed to do this include doing butt-pancakes on their presents, shooting slime into open windows, shuffling the mail at town hall, and painting over the mayor's posters. There are four different levels to which the grinch can venture: Whoville, Who Forest, Who Dump, and Who Lake. They all have their own distinct features and tasks.

[edit] Reviews of the Game

Most reviews came out as a "so-so" game. The graphics and overall time consuming tasks made the game take much longer than one would want to play. Also, the fact that the game didn't stay true to the book, let alone the film, turned people off to this game.
