The Grey Lady or The Gray Lady may refer to:
- The Gray Lady, a nickname for The New York Times newspaper, in reference to its tradition of presenting many words and few pictures.
- The Grey Lady, the name of a number of well-known ghosts of the United Kingdom. The most famous are those of Warkworth Castle, Stirling Castle, Glamis Castle, Auckley, Lancaster's Grand Theater, Rufford Old Hall, Beamish Hall, and Denbigh Castle. The Connaught Theatre in Worthing also is home to its own Grey Lady.
- The Grey Lady, the ghost for Ravenclaw House in the Harry Potter novels.
- A Red Cross Gray Lady was a woman who provided nonmedical, personal services with the American Red Cross Gray Lady Service.
