The Great Flamarion is a 1945 film directed by Anthony Mann. The B-movie was shot in black and white and is considered film noir. The film, like many films noir, is shot in flashback. The film was produced by Republic Pictures.
The Great Flamarion (Stroheim) is an expert marksman. His show features beautiful Connie and her drunken husband Al (Duryea). Flamarion is manipulated by Connie, the movie's femme fatale, into killing her no good husband during one of their sharp-shooting acts.
