[edit] Synopsis
The episode begins with the title characters visiting the house of Stewart Stevenson to pick up his homework to deliver it to school, as Stewart has been stricken by diarrhea. Mrs. Stevenson offers the duo some breakfast burritos before leaving to care for Stewart. They initially try the prepared food, but are disgusted to discover it does not contain typical burrito contents, apparently not understanding the concept of a breakfast burrito. The two examine shelves in the kitchen, and Beavis eventually finds one filled with high-sugar products, and proceeds to consume what Butt-Head later reports to be "27 candy bars and a six-pack of root beer".
At school, the effects of this binge are apparent, as Beavis is extremely hyperactive. As Van Driessen attempts to teach the class, he describes how a number of Central American - South American countries have unstable governments and struggle for freedom; upon hearing of Nicaragua, Beavis transforms, responding "Nicaragua? Agua...agua for my bunghole!!" standing up, pacing around, pulling his shirt over his head, declaring himself to be "Cornholio", demanding "TP for his bunghole". He rebukes Van Driessen's direction to sit down by responding with one of Cornholio's main catchphrases, "Are you threatening me?" then responds to a dismissal by Daria by leaving the classroom, much to Van Driessen's concern.
As Beavis is wandering the halls searching for toilet paper, Van Driessen asks Butt-Head if Beavis is having a problem. Butt-head tells of Beavis' high sugar consumption, leaving Van Driessen surprised as he had recently read a study claiming that sugar did not cause hyperactivity. Beavis, as Cornholio, eventually makes his way to the school's Spanish class, where he is ordered to see Principal McVicker. He leaves to see him, apparently reverting back to his usual personality on the way there.
At McVicker's office, the now normal Beavis listens to the angered principal's complaints, eventually casually commenting "sorry about that". This apology comes as a total surprise to McVicker, who has apparently never had such respect from the duo. He gives Beavis a large amount of the candy in his office that Beavis had already been consuming, and allows him to go. After leaving the office, however, Beavis once more succumbs to the sugary products, pulling his shirt over his head again and continues his wandering of the halls, ranting nonsensically.
