[edit] Plot
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
The Goodies are now successful pop singers. However, they are not happy, because their work is continually being copied by other artists.
Then enjoyment and entertainment are made illegal by the British Government, so the Goodies put a Puppet government into office — with disastrous results.
The puppet government has "Sooty" as the Prime Minister, and Members of Parliament include a giant-sized "Dougal" and "Zebedee", as well as giant-sized "Bill and Ben" and their friend "Weed".
