The Good Oil is a radio program on SEN 1116 in Melbourne, Australia. It airs between 12pm-4pm and is hosted by Mark Doran. The Good Oil is so named due to the fact it provides information on a wide variety of news in the world of sport. Good Oil on everything from the world of sport.

Doran is an experienced journalist/commentator that has called the AFL Grand Final as well as witnessing numerous Olympic Games. This experience is important in terms of knowledge of the show. Host Mark Doran is an experienced. Mark was a former boundary rider on both channel 7 and Fox Footy before switching to K-Rock radio station to commentate the footy.
