The Good, The Bad, and The Wallaby / Trash-O-Madness was the sixth episode of the first season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life
[edit] The good the bad, and the wallaby
In this episode, Rocko and Heffer go to Rocko's uncle's farm. Once there, Heffer decides to stay with the other cows, but when it's his turn to be turned into store-meat, Rocko must save him.
[edit] Trash-O-Madness
In this story, Rocko has to deal with taking out the trash, while also dealing with many other obstacles, including the local mad-dog, Earl.
[edit] Trivia
- Rocko's uncle Git Hootson is obviously American. Probably one of Rocko's Australian aunts went over to the States and married him; thereby he is Rocko's uncle by marriage.
- Trash-O-Madness has some low quality animation, due to it being the technical pilot for the series. Also, as an entirely different crew handled production of Trash-O-Madness, the ending credits for this episode are much longer than any other episode.
- The Good, The Bad and The Wallaby became a somewhat limited rerun-episode because in one scene, when Heffer is sleeping in the barn, one of the workers put him on a milking machine. For this, Heffer appeared to then started to have an orgasm (a reference to masturbation). Later, he goes to announce his departure from the ranch to the machine a la Casablanca. (This gag was the brainchild of directors Swampy Marsh and Dan Povenmire and staff writer George Maestri.)
- First appearance of Earl.
in a scene of trash-o-Madness rocko has bold oversized eyebrows.
