• A term used by gay men known as Bug Chasers who actively seek out men with HIV and engage in sex with them in order to become HIV+. "The Gift" is HIV and men who are HIV+ are called "Gift Givers", and they find Bug Chasers and sleep with them in order to give them the HIV virus.
