The Playhouse Gang introduces a new friend named Rusty and they all get secret names. Then everyone draws pictures of Pee-wee.

While watching the Dinosaur family in their home, the mother dinosaur is busing using her vacuum cleaner. The suction is very strong and it causes Pee-Wee's head to get stuck in the mousehole. The children don't know how to help until one exclaims, "I wish we could figure a way to get him out". This brings out Jambi and the children have to use Pee-wee's one wish to get him unstuck. When Pee-Wee gets out of the hole his head shrunk forcing Jambi to return his head to normal size.

Pee-Wee allows the playhouse gang to draw his portrait, but Pee-Wee has to stand very still. After a fly lands on Pee-Wee's nose and he complains that his neck is getting a cramp, he decides to unveil the brand new portraits and hang them on his wall.
