The Future Is Now is the debut from the critically acclaimed underground hip hop group Non Phixion. It is a double disc album, the second disc containing instrumentals for the tracks on the first. It features an allstar team of produces such as DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Large Professor, The Beatnuts, Necro, DJ Eclipse, Dave One. It features guest appearances from The Beatnuts, Al Tariq, Marley Metal, The Deftones, and Fear Factory, as well as Mear One on the cover art. Although the album received much praise and high reviews it wasn't a commercial success, it passed on as a underground hit.
