The Fully Down is a Canadian rock band that was formed in suburban Ottawa in 1999, with the current lineup coming together in 2003. The sextet debuted in June 2004 on Orchard Records with No Fate...But What We Make for Ourselves. The album garnered favorable reviews, and they went on the three week Warped Tour in 2004 to support it.

The Fully Down signed to Fearless Records in August 2005. Their label debut, Don’t Get Lost In A Movement, appeared that November. The following spring, the band headed out on the Fear and Loathing Tour with Protest The Hero, A Wilhelm Scream, Bayside and The Spill Canvas. The tour ended halfway through April, and they began touring with Boy Sets Fire and Versus the Mirror until the end of May. The summer of 2006 was spent back on the annual Warped Tour.

In late 2006, the band appeared on the Radio Rebellion Tour with acts Norma Jean, Between the Buried and Me, and Fear Before the March of Flames. They also played a round of Japan dates with Bodyjar, Bigwig and Fact.

As of December 2006, vocalist Gab Bouchard announced that he was leaving the band. He played his last show on December 27th, at The Salt Lounge in London, Ontario.
