The Foundry is a shopping center being developed by Premier Properties, USA. The center is located along US Route 19 (Washington Road) in South Strabane Township, Pennsylvania near the city of Washington. The center is slated to have numerous big-box tenants. The only retailers officially committed to the project at this point are JCPenney, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, ULTA, and Ross Dress for Less. Talks of an electronics retailer, bookstore, and movie theater have surfaced. The first stores open for business in spring 2007. Restaurant tenants will include Max & Erma's among others.

The grand opening of the 100,000-square-foot JCPenney at The Foundry was held March 9, 2007.
